I had never heard of biofeedback when I was first referred to Gary, but I wanted to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Once I left my sessions, I felt (and continue to feel) a sense of underlying calmness that generalized anxiety robs you of. I feel more present in conversations and in life in general.

Gary is a sincere guy. I enjoy talking to him about feeling. I have gotten a lot of benefit from his biofeedback in mood control. I'm more patient now. I.don't apologize as much as I used to. I can be a better friend. Overall I am enjoying live more now.

This is not a review I write lightly. Within a fairly short period of time Dr. Ames and his neurofeedback techniques have accomplished what would have required several years of talk therapy. This is by far the fastest, most effective, life changing therapy I've ever encountered. At our first meeting he said the change would be profound. I was skeptical; however he delivered. My entire life has been upgraded in practically every major area: love, health and wealth. I am looking forward to our future sessions to see just how much more life changing this therapy will become.
