If you want to get better range of motion and decompress your spine, come to New Heights Chiropractic and Wellness. The staff is amazing! Dr. Stefania and Dr. Brenda are superb and truly target your back issues with expertise and confidence. I wish I could go back in time to meet this exceptional team sooner. Keep it up team !!

Dr. Stef is so incredibly helpful. I always leave her office feeling 10x better than when I walk in. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly. She’s made a huge difference in my back, hip and neck pains with her adjustments, cupping and advice on how to change my diet. Dr. Stef also just recently started treating my 4 month old to help with his bowel movements and acid reflex. She’s so gentle and loving towards my baby which makes me feel safe under her care. I highly recommended New Heights for anyone seeking safe and natural treatment for their family and themselves. Love it here!
