Dr. Douglas is a gem in the naturopathic and holistic health field. She truly took the time to listen, understand my concerns and look at my health as a whole not just my symptoms. Infinite Wellness makes you feel supported, educated and empowered throughout the process. I’m so grateful to have found a practice that genuinely cares about long term healing and well being. I started working with Dr. D when I started feeling so burnt out, low energy, and anxious. I had a lot going on when it came to my cortisol levels and gut health. Needless to say, I'm only halfway done my gut health protocol and I already feel so much better. She's helped me make a healthier routine and lifestyle. I have more capacity for life and my loved ones... I still have a lot on my plate, but I'm able to handle so much more.
