This place is such a gem. The moment you walk in, the vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable, with a really cool aesthetic. Joe, the owner, is incredibly laid back and does an amazing job creating a space that feels calm and easy to be in. Everything is always super clean which makes the experience even better. The saunas and cold plunge leave you feeling amazing every time. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about the experience they’re creating. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Incredible wellness experience at Sitosna! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy, and the combination left me feeling so refreshed and energized that I had to become a member! The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and Joe is both professional and knowledgeable. Went here for the first time today and the center is very welcoming and relaxing. The owner is very nice and lets you experience the sauna and plunges at your own pace. Bonus points for having shop cats, would recommend to a friend
