I never have to wait long to see the doctor. The staff is really helpful and kind. DR. Fitzpatrick takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them. I feel she’s very thorough and I am confident with her ability in treating me.

My first visit to this doctor's office went smoothly. The front desk and nurse were polite. I met with Elizabeth Assenmacher, CRNP, CDCES and she took time to listen to my concerns and explained things clearly. We couldn’t finalize a treatment plan today since my lab results are pending— will need to see how quickly they call when the lab results are back to really provide a useful review.

Love coming to Dr Laura Fitzpatrick’s office. Saw her promptly - no need to first see other staff members like other offices. She is super efficient, very knowledgeable, was clear as to when I should be seen next if so and so happens, and answered all my questions. Reminds me of the good old days when doctors relied on themselves to do thorough H and Ps. I would highly recommend her.

I am very disappointed given I chose to go here due to its glowing reviews. I saw Elizabeth Assenmacher. Before my first appointment I took time to fill out a lot of information and it was clear she did not read it prior to my appointment. The appointment happened so fast I was unable to discuss everything and explain all my symptoms to the extent I felt necessary. When tests were ordered communication was not clear. An ultrasound was mentioned however Liz was unable to order the test, and I couldn’t get it from my pcp, so the test never happened. The tests that did happen the results took weeks, I was told multiple times Liz would call me back because the receptionist can not review results and even changed my work schedule many times anticipating this call and instead I got a voice mail from the receptionist discussing a possible heavy diagnosis when Liz didn’t have the time to call me. I was left with no answer when I would try to call back and discuss the results. When more tests were ordered I was given incorrect instructions on how to complete the test and then got accused of not doing the test properly. I live an hour away but had to drive over simply to make contact and was told they are bad with phones and to use the portal. I have been trying to get records sent over to my new pcp, and when I finally got through I got hung up on and told to call back. When I called back there was no answer, and the communication is still a barrier. Given this service is not free I would expect something better. It is ironic that I was being seen for stress levels, and all this place has done is make me feel more stressed. Update once my review online was read I finally received a call at 8:30pm on a Friday where Liz apologized by essentially attacking me and saying she is sorry I feel this way, not taking any accountability for the events that transpired or how she could make it better. She was taking time out of her day, after ignoring me for weeks, even going so far to say she made a point to try and reach out to me and communicate, and I was unresponsive. Told me that the receptionist did not rely any messages to her when I was trying to make contact. She tried to make me out to be emotional and told me I am upset, and said her perception of things was not mine. I stuck to the facts. I had an appropriate reaction to the poor service provided. Given apologies typically include taking accountability or offering resolution, this review will stay.

I highly recommend Elizabeth Assenmacher, CRNP, CDCES certified nurse practitioner at Doylestown Thyroid & Endocrine Associates! Elizabeth has been so incredibly helpful and really listened to me with regards to my symptoms. She treated me as an individual not just a set of lab results. She helped me feel the best I've felt in a long time. So I just wanted to share this with others who may need her services as well.
