I saw Dr Aggarwal this morning. The office is run very smoothly. The staff are very welcoming and professional, their mood was extremely kind and helped me feel at ease. I would definitely rate this experience as 5 stars. Dr Aggarwal as always was kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and those of my daughter as well. We discussed the test results and I always feel calm as he never rushes you through the appointment. I highly recommend this office.

My recent and only interaction with Lower Merion Neurology, stemming from an initial appointment and subsequent patient feedback, has raised significant concerns regarding patient care, communication protocols, and overall practice management. While I am compelled to assign a star rating, I wish to clearly state that any positive acknowledgment is solely for the exceptional professionalism and kindness demonstrated by Daysha (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). Her demeanor stood in stark contrast to the subsequent events. Following my appointment, I submitted a survey providing candid feedback. My comments noted that the office environment appeared unclean and that the wait time was excessive, despite being the sole patient present. I also explicitly acknowledged the friendliness of the staff. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from M******, ostensibly to confirm a prescription. The call concluded with an unsolicited and defensive statement: "Also, our office is not dirty." Recognizing this as a direct rebuttal to my survey feedback, I immediately called back to express my concern regarding the unprofessional manner in which my feedback was addressed. During this follow-up call, M****** repeatedly interrupted my attempts to explain my observations, dismissing them as "your opinion," rather than seeking to understand or offer any form of resolution. Her stance was that my comments were simply untrue, and when asked if the doctor was aware of her approach to patient feedback, she confirmed they were. Her assertion of "free speech" in this context, while valid in principle, felt misplaced given the professional obligation to address patient concerns constructively. Subsequently, after needing to contact the office again, I experienced a second call wherein M******'s tone was notably more professional. I reciprocated this professionalism, hoping the matter was resolved. However, within hours, I received a patient discharge letter, unsigned by a Practice Manager, informing me that I was being dropped as a patient. The timing and nature of this communication suggested a retaliatory action following my honest feedback and subsequent conversations. It is deeply troubling that the Practice Manager did not initiate contact with me to understand the events that led to my discharge. If patient calls are recorded, a review of those recordings would clearly demonstrate the sequence of interactions and the lack of professional handling of my feedback. Attempts to reach the Practice Manager were met with the information that she works remotely and my message would be forwarded, but I received no follow-up. This entire experience highlights a critical breakdown in professional conduct and patient relations. The practice's response to constructive criticism, particularly the manner in which my feedback was challenged and the subsequent patient discharge, is profoundly concerning for patient trust and care. I have observed similar patterns in other online reviews, where patient concerns appear to be met with defensive or condescending replies from the practice. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend Lower Merion Neurology. Prospective patients should be aware that expressing any negative feedback, regardless of how constructively it is presented, may result in an abrupt termination of care without a fair or empathetic resolution process.

Dr. Aggarwal and his team are fantastic. I have been a patient of Dr. Aggarwal for over 2 years now and have had a great experience. He listens to his patients and presents individualized care options to help with chronic migraine treatment. I would highly recommend this practice
