I came to this practice undiagnosed, hoping to finally get answers for my symptoms. Dr. Molden did perform my cystoscopy and confirmed my interstitial cystitis diagnosis, for which I am grateful. Unfortunately, that was the only time I saw her. Every appointment since my diagnosis has been with staff rather than Dr. Molden herself, despite this being a complex, painful chronic condition that requires real expertise to manage. When I entered a severe flare lasting over a month with uncontrolled stabbing pain, I called the office for help. Rather than taking my pain seriously, staff asked whether I was following the IC diet and keeping my stress levels low. I was told nothing could be done before my upcoming appointment, despite the fact that I cannot take ibuprofen due to a prior surgery, leaving me with absolutely no adequate pain control. IC patients are frequently dismissed by the medical system long before reaching a specialist. This practice is listed on the ICA's website, which gives patients like me real hope. That hope should come with a standard of care that matches that reputation, including accessible pain management and the ability to actually see the specialist when you are suffering. I would not recommend this practice to IC patients seeking genuine, physician-led care.

This is a wonderful office. The staff is efficient and knows what they are doing. They are also cheerful and pleasant. I have known Dr. Molden since 2008 and think she is an extremely capable physician. I recommend her without reserve.

My experience was very good. Everyone was polite. The nurse who performed my testing procedure explained the process step by step and she was very personable. My only issue was that I asked, twice, for an estimate of the cost of the procedure so that I might be prepared for my out of pocket cost in case there was any after my insurance paid their part and I wasn’t given one. Other than that issue I’d have rated them a 5 instead of a 4.
