Center for Nutritional Healing

I originally decided to go to center for nutritional healing because i was struggling with health weight and severe pain in my hip and as a 60th birthday present to myself to get healthy. I liked the combination hard science from the bloodwork and metrics collection as well as holistic approach to healing with targeted supplements. I considered myself well educated and having healthy diet and habits. I was shocked at what the bloodwork revealed and the small changes we made over 4 months and the huge impact they made on my overall health. As it turns out I was eating many healthy foods that were practically poisoning my system with the wrong nutrients which was causing a lot of pain I also had high blood sugar even when I rarely eat sweets and typically have a low-carb diet. Through the course of treatment many of my numbers in my blood work stabilized and improved dramatically and I lost quite a bit of weight I feel amazing and the immediate result was the pain in my hip is almost non-existent from the first week. I highly recommend investing in yourself it has been life-changing for me and I plan to continue to see her even after the program. Well worth it. There's so much more I can say that almost can't be put into words but my family and children have even noticed a difference the only way I can explain it is that I have never felt so physically mentally and emotionally regulated in my entire life. These are things that feel intangible and seem like part of A busy life as a working wife and mother I didn't realize they could be caused by nutritional issues in their absence I feel like I am the person I was always meant to be.

Cindy is very detail oriented. She’s honest and very knowledgeable about integrative health. I found Cindy because my daughter was having issues with fatigue and feeling weak.
