I was extremely impressed with this practice! Clearly there was some thought put into the waiting room design.. It is not at all your typical sterile waiting area! Next, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful person, Denise, at the front desk. She actually seemed happy to be there! I then met my hygienist, Cynthia, who was patient and took the time to explain everything...and then Dr. Ikonomi came in, did a thorough exam, and explained what the problem areas were, what the recommended next steps were and then how we can prevent issues going forward. I should note that a previous dentist office, that I saw note more than a month ago, had recommended a deep scaling was necessary, but this hygienist said no, you don't need that expensive procedure, so I was very happy to hear that! Finally, I met the office manager on the way out, Lisa, who was extremely helpful in setting up the necessary referrals, made sure I understood everything, and told me to call her if I had trouble with the referrals... All in all a great experience, even if it was to the dentist! 😁

Dr. Castillo is truly one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She is compassionate, caring, and an absolute expert in her craft. You can tell she genuinely cares about the health and well-being of her patients—she takes her time, is incredibly thorough in her examinations, and always makes sure you understand every step of your care. Her dental hygienists are amazing as well—so kind, gentle, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’ve never had an issue with scheduling or timing; their office is always on top of things and sends friendly reminders for appointments. The administrative staff feels like family. They’re warm, professional, and truly invested in your comfort and experience. It’s clear that everyone in this office respects and supports one another, creating such a positive and welcoming environment. Dr. Castillo and her team have built something special—a dental practice that not only delivers exceptional care but also radiates kindness and community. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Exceeded my expectations the time taken and spent to hear me listen to my concerns and come up w a game plan was just what I wanted. Dr. Castillo was so sweet kind and gentle I love her. The vibes were amazing the dental hygienist was super informative kind gentle and gave me a slew of questions to ask for the doctor to explain. A peaceful welcoming environment w an amazingly welcoming staff a holistic approach and I am to say the least impressed. Found my place I recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a holistic healthy wellness journey
