Dr. Kelsie Fowler is truly wonderful. She takes her time, listens carefully, and makes you feel completely comfortable and heard. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I never feel rushed, and she explains everything clearly. I’m so thankful to have found a doctor who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend!

Everyone we have encountered so far has been very polite and has really worked around my family’s schedule. I’ve had to reschedule multiple times due to the holidays and work things coming up and they have been so understanding. Our very first appointment the lady we seen was amazing with my son. She listened to him and made him and myself feel comfortable. I cannot wait to see how this helps my son. Will definitely recommend anyone to use them.

10/23/2025 Updating to add: I have spoke to the office and the situation was taken care of in the appropriate manner. HUGE thank you to SHARLETT, I am so thankful for everything she’s helped me with over the past years! She is the MVP in my book! She is always so helpful and ready to help with whatever you need! Again, everyone in the Anderson office have been super helpful! 10/21/2025 Love Katrina! The office & staff that I have ever seen have been perfect…. but the billing, Pro Practice Solutions absolutely SUCKS at their “job” or whatever it is they claim to do while “working”. Not to mention these charges the billing mentioning are dates from 23 & 24 when I was self pay and wouldn’t have been allowed to see the doctors if I didn’t pay the $100 at that time of my appointment, upfront. I know it’s outsourced and all so again no bad review for the office. Strictly billing! I currently can’t book an appointment until BILLING contacts someone. I’ve left 3 voicemails from last Thursday to today and NOTHING. I did billing for years and years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this and would have NEVER!
