I have been a patient at this office since 2021. Even though some of the providers have changed during my time at this office, I have always had a great experience. All the providers at the office are caring and listen to your concerns. The other staff members are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend this office to anyone needing the services of a pain management specialist.

The staff here always are very kind and courteous, And take very good care of me. I couldn’t ask for a better place to serve my needs. I was always told as a child to treat people the way you wanna be treated and that’s very true in this case. I’m thankful to have a group like Synovation Medical Group, that I can count on.

My doctor takes good care of me. I'm a cancer patient and in stage 5 kidney failure and my doctor keeps my pain level managed well. Everyone is always real nice and considerate. They are real professional and kind. They always give me recheck dates that fits my schedule since I have so many doctor appointments each month. It's always clean and neat. The only thing I really don't like is if you are 5 minutes late you have to reschedule. They really don't make acceptions. So it might be scheduled 30 days later, just depends on what they have open. So I always try to be 15 or 20 minutes early. I've never had a real long wait time before they call me back. Also the Front doors are not handicap accessible. My wheelchair does not fit through the front door so I am forced to stand and someone has to hold on to me while the other person closes the wheelchair, pushes it throughto the inside and put me back it the chair. I have to do this for both inside and out. Asked if they have another entrance way for wheelchairs and they dont.
