I had such a great experience here! I tried the sauna, compression therapy, and cryotherapy services, and everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in. They made sure everyone in our group was able to experience something they’d enjoy, and the level of care and attentiveness really stood out. We were visiting town for my sister’s birthday, and even without being members, the day pass gave us full access to everything we wanted to try. It was absolutely worth it. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and well taken care of! Will definitely be back to try other services offered.

Love the Mauldin facility the staff and facilities are always clean accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend all treatments my favorites are the red light and infrared sauna so relaxing. They offer a lot more services than I originally thought so it’s worth it to check them out you won’t regret it.

I dropped in from out of town without an appointment with the goal of getting some pain relief. The staff were all super helpful, friendly and got me into 3 appointments without waiting. It was very smooth and I felt really well taken care of! Next time I'm in the area, I will absolutely drop in! And I highly recommend them to anyone looking a place to go to ease their pain or to relax and feel better!
