About this clinic

Trident Pain Center, a regenerative pain-management clinic in Beaufort, SC, specializes in ketamine therapy and platelet-rich plasma injections for chronic pain and soft-tissue injuries. Ketamine therapy is offered as a treatment option for pain conditions that have not responded adequately to conventional approaches, while PRP injections support tissue repair in musculoskeletal and joint presentations. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial evaluation. The clinic emphasizes a patient-centered approach, combining these regenerative modalities to address both acute and chronic pain while working toward functional restoration rather than symptom management alone.

Great staff. Friendly and attentive to any questions you may have. They treat my wife with care and respect, fill her scripts, and don't do unnecessary treatments just to get paid by insurance. Haven't found any other office quite as nice as this.

I was referred to Trident Pain Management for post surgical pain and Occipital Neuralgia. I called to find out if my referral was sent. No one contacted me beforehand. I talk for a few minutes and was told that if the occipital nerve blocks didn’t help, there’s nothing they can do and never scheduled me an appointment to be seen. I thought they helped people suffering from chronic pain. I told them I still needed pain medication to help when my spine, neck, and shoulder pain flares up. Not often if I can avoid doing things I’m not supposed to. There are combinations of medications that help some aspects of my pain. Yet, I have no care and no pain management. How can you leave someone to suffer? My pain can and will become excruciating, at times, but no one is helping me. Thanks for nothing but turning me away with no hope for help.

Dr. Nolan has a compassionate bedside manner. I was impressed with him wanting to treat the whole body with a regimen of minerals that are necessary for healthy living and healing. I learned about this lifestyle 2 years ago. I can't believe there's actually a professional in Walterboro to go to for this!
