I have had a great experience at Progressive Mobility with Dr. Brett. I came in with neck pain after a CrossFit competition, and he continues to help me recover while training safely. Brett understands CrossFit and focuses on proper warm-ups and muscle engagement so I’m not overusing my traps, which has allowed me to get back to overhead movements like handstand walks. Jen and Joe are wonderful as well — the whole team is welcoming and knowledgeable (and they play great music). Highly recommend!

Dr. Brett was absolutely amazing at working with our high school athlete who was progressing slowly through physical therapy after an ACL tear and repair surgery! His personalized plan allowed our daughter to work on her own between sessions and during the sessions he was able to measure her success with data and teach her new strategies each week! We are excited to see her back out on the field!
