Dr. McConnell is a good doctor, but the office is disorganized. It took repeated calls and emails for assistance, and two pharmacies couldn’t get prescription responses. Receiving care was just too difficult. Would recommend seeing another qualified physician in the area.

I have been going to Dr. McConnell for overuse injuries, a torn ACL, plantar fasciitis and for disc issues for over 30 years. He has gone the extra mile in providing the best care even when he had to fight my insurance company to carry out the PRP procedure on my foot. He will try many modalities before recommending surgery. That’s one reason I trust him 100%.
