I have had a wonderful experience at Inspire Health and Weight Loss! From the initial consultation I have felt supported and guided by Steve and his team. I am down over 20lbs since starting the program in March and have never felt better. I am now in maintenance and Steve has recommended high-quality supplements to help keep me looking and feeling great. They also have a state of the art Red Light Therapy bed that has so many benefits. It is literally the best around. I highly recommend Inspire to anyone looking to make a change!

I was so happy to find Red Light Therapy in the area after retiring down to SC last year! I had been doing red light in WI and didn't think I'd find something here. Love the people and services at Inspire. They are so helpful, friendly and really want you to be successful in whatever your goals are! Highly recommend checking them out!

The red bed has helped so much with my inflammation! I hardly take my arthritis medicine anymore. Also lost 20 pounds doing their diet program. The staff is so supportive and cheered me on accomplishing my weight loss goals. Highly recommend their services!
