I am so happy I found Method! Excellent chiropractor (Tony) who really listens and does not rush you. I have been to various chiropractors over the years and he is gentle but effective. I love the massage therapist - he is one of the best deep tissue therapists I have ever had a session with! And the the staff is so nice, plus they use a back massager on your back for a few minutes and it feels amazing! And/or you can get on the rolling bed for a few minutes as well. I seriously would check them out! Easy parking too!

I have had a hip issue for a years now. I had tried stretching and even other chiropractors. When I found Troy he told me upfront you’re going to need to come in two or three times to get this hip straight. He then recommended a monthly adjustment. I went with his recommendation and could not be more pleased or satisfied with the service. Chiropractors previously had not been able to get the hip in the right position. Troy got it on the on the first time it was unbelievable. I highly recommend!
