Been trying to schedule infusion for wife since early Jan. I was told they need mri copy. The next time I called they said they have mri and now it's under reveiw. I was talking to Kevin in columbia sc and he said he had his eyes on my wife case and would call me back on mon. He never called. So, here it is two weeks later I call again .same story under reveiw. No explanation. Said they would call back. Sounds like to me no one there knows what going on with my wife case. She is taking the new infusion for dementia called kisulia.

An unprofessional healthcare facility. My daughter was referred for an iron infusion. With my daughter being 18, the company called her with insurance information (copay) and to schedule. My daughter informed them that she needs to speak with me. Weeks later I called to retrieve copay information and to possibly schedule. I was informed that the referral was closed due to unable to afford. When asked closed by whom; I get no answer. They will call you and not leave a voicemail (my voicemail is active and not full). Their corporate office is in Columbia. If you go to a local office no one can help. You speak to all these different people and you continually get the run around without resolve. Healthcare is shifting. We better be mindful of our health bc these companies are mindful of their pockets. With that being said, after multiple calls to extension 1305 and 1200 and speaking with a nurse manager by phone from the Spartanburg office; we have yet to have an appointment or problem resolved.
