Dr. Daniel has been my pain management physician since I moved to Aiken a few years ago. Both he and his staff are caring, compassionate and professional and I am ever grateful for the back pain relief I have experienced under his care. Wait times for appointments and after arrival are minimal. His office staff are pleasant and competent and I never feel like I am being rushed through. I have full confidence in this outstanding doctor and believe Aiken is very lucky to have Dr. Daniel.

I have been a patient of Dr. Russell Daniel for a number of years following a referral from my orthopedic physician concerning my persistent back pain, which is the result of several spinal conditions. Following several approaches to relieve my pain, he felt confident that Dr. Daniel could help me and he was right. Dr. Daniel has treated my back issues with spinal injections, along with oral medications, which have given me remarkable relief and enabled me to continue my usual lifestyle with only minimal limitations. I am grateful. He is an exceptional physician and truly a compassionate man. I respect his cautiousness in selection of efficient options to remedy my situation. He is always willing to explain the problem,offer guidance for managing the issues, and answer my questions. I trust his expertise and abilities and would highly recommend him, without reservation, to anyone who suffers from chronic pain. I feel he is an outstanding asset to the Aiken medical community. When he first went in the lady stated he might need an injection in his back then Dr. Daniel comes in and states everything is normal nothing he can do. When patient tries to discuss what is causing his lower back pain he gets a response of Dr. doesn't know with an attitude tone taken with that. What an absolute rude unprofessional provider. Does not seem to care about a patients concerns at all. Walked out of the room while patient was trying to discuss care with him. No bedside manner and had an attitude the whole time. Waste of a drive and appointment to be seen by this provider. Couldn't even tell the patient what the cause of his lower back pain was and why ..seriously that is why you are a pain management specialist who specializes back pain and other specialty areas in why a person is having the pain to start with but yet you tell a patient you don't know whats causing their pain.. What a joke as a provider- just in it for the insurance money not for patient care!! Do not recommend this joke of a facility. the healthcare system has become one big joke of providers like this who are not out to treat chronic pain suffers anymore but to fill their pockets with office visits and co pays from patients to not treat but just get richer off of.
