I have been going to this doctors office for over 15 years. Everytime I go in I am greeted with a smile. They truly love there patients. I feel like family. I get the best care that I have ever gotten in my life. They will call and check on you. They make sure you get what you need. They are precise. I am in and out everytime. I recommend the 10 times over!

This doctor was recommended by a family member so I took a chance. I tried to make payments when I could but when I was late or couldn't they refuse to fill my prescriptions and I take HBP and anxiety medication. I had 1 more pill to my name. I made a payment and an appointment as advised to get it filled only to get a call saying I couldn't get any of my medication unless I paid my whole balance. How hurtful that was to hear. Laurie refused me my medication because I couldn't pay my whole balance. I even asked for just a couple to get to my appointment and again was denied. So here I am with no meds and she could care less.. And I'm in her care? #lookingfornewdr

This doctor's office came highly recommended to me and I'm glad I ended up making an appointment. I've been a patient with Dr. Brandy Bryant Herndon for about 3 years now and she has awesome bedside manner, is attentive and caring and overall a great physician. The entire staff is extremely helpful and caring.

I have family members, friends, and coworkers some of whom I referred that see Lindsay as well. I thought we developed a great patient-provider relationship over the years, but to my surprise I found out that they're all about money here and do not care for the well being of their patients. Incident #1-Dark Haired Lady that sits at the front desk discussed my financials with me standing right in the front waiting room which I deemed to be extremely unprofessional. Financials should be discussed at the checkout counter in the back Incident #2-Lindsay mentioned financials to me one day while in the exam room I never had a provider to mention financials that's the front office's job. Incident #3-I was refused care because I had an outstanding balance that I had no knowledge of. Balance was only $150 that I was not prepared to pay plus that day's copay plus prescriptions. I asked for a partial prescription and they refused. Mind you I'm on an SSRI that you cannot just quit cold turkey being that I suffer from major depression with a great deal of highs and lows. I'm more hurt than anything because I thought we had a great relationship. I had been experiencing some financial difficulties and that particular day it was either pay them in full or buy groceries for myself and my family.

I should have written this review long before now. I have been seeing Brandy for a few years now. Because of how thorough she is, she caught a problem with my heart and saved my life. The surgeon said had she not caught it, I would have certainly suffered a heart attack. She found this problem the 1st time I saw her. Now it's been over 3 years & all is well. Due to the EXCEPTIONAL care I received from Brandy, I started bringing my mom there. Once again, Brandy has exceeded my expectations. She NEVER cuts corners, she NEVER rushes you. She ALWAYS answers all of our questions. Thanks Brandy! Thanks Crescent Healthcare!
