I will never shut up about SOULIFT and how amazing it is. Today was a chaotic day (long day, traffic, etc) so I was a few minutes late to class and then had to leave five minutes early for something personal. Taylor and Shelby were absolute angels and helped me get in a great workout and not feel guilty about coming and going a few minutes late. Just so good for your body and soul🫶🏻

SOULIFT was an absolute haven for me during the two years I was living in SC. I only did the yoga classes- but the teachers were amazing and you can tell they care about creating an experience. The culture is so welcoming and kind. They truly care about their members in a way that is unique to any studio I’ve been to before. There is no pressure from the instructors and they meet you where you are in your yoga journey.

Soulift is my new favorite obsession!! I came in and had an AMAZING tour with TAYLOR. I was able to secure the January new client package and have been taking as many classes as my schedule can handle. The teachers and staff are all so fabulous. I would recommend Soulift to anyone who is looking to better themselves and have a fun time!
