Friendly, informative, patient with a non judgemental attitude and ability to make analogies to help communicate and understand the process. Made it simple and easy. Grateful for this service. Professional and courteous service received with home visit. Nurse was respectful and took time to explain process, expectations and any side effects that may be experienced and remained for observation afterwards. Treatment went very well.
