I started with the Whole You a year ago.I am down 75 lbs and 22 inches. Nita has taught me how to choose the right foods. I have learned about fasting and meditation as well I have also continued my swimming and have swam 200 miles this year. I recently added spinning to my routine as well as aqua pilates, something Nita helped me find since I could not do regular pilates. She has helped me tremendously with my gut health too. Nita takes the time to listen and guide you through your journey. I highly recommend the Whole You to get you started on become the best version of yourself.

If you are looking for someone that takes your health to her heart, then you don’t need to look any further. Nita has helped so many people in my life and today met with my daughter and granddaughter (who is just shy of her 3rd bday). She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes small manageable steps to get “you” to “your whole you” She is amazing and is truly helpful to your situation!
