Two great experiences with the Wellness Institute and Francesca Schoning starting with 3 months of PT to improve balance, build muscle tone and maximize mobility ahead of surgery. Frankie had a variable schedule of exercises that kept things interesting and let you track progress. To expedite progress, she printed out exercises and assigned “homework” for the days you weren’t in PT Post knee replacement emphasis was on improvement without causing pain. You made progress at our own pace with strong encouragement to push things each session while keeping an eye on healing and how things were progressing. She is one of the friendliest and most supportive people I’ve met, lots of challenge and encouragement. Frankie treats everyone as a friend, you look forward to PT sessions and want to succeed at what you’re doing. I would definitely pick this location if (or when) there are future injuries
