Dr. Lori Lyles and Associates

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lori was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. When I began experiencing significant side effects from the treatment she prescribed (debilitating anxiety and intense random cramping) I called to share my concerns. Rather than listening or offering thoughtful guidance, she dismissed me, telling me to "keep using it and start a journal" before abruptly hanging up. I was pretty in shock, and decided to lower my dosage in the hopes of lessening the side effects. A few weeks later, I called again, emphasizing how terrible I was feeling—especially since HRT was the only recent change to my medications. Once again, she dismissed me, insisting there was "no way" it could be the cause and seemed annoyed that I was reaching out. At that point, I decided to stop the treatment on my own, and within a few days, I started feeling significantly better. After I had already decided I would find a different doctor, she randomly called me back out of the blue. She said, "Oh, I was looking at your chart from a few weeks ago, and yeah, you should stop taking the HRT, okay?" and then hung up. It felt like a weak attempt to cover herself rather than genuine care or concern. I deeply regret not starting with a different doctor who had far better recommendations. My hope is that by sharing this review, I can help steer women toward a doctor who will actually listen, care, and collaborate with them on their health journey. It's 2024, we deserve doctors who listen to us and believe when we tell them we aren't feeling well.

When first meeting Ms.Lyles I was very impressed from beginning to end. To listened to my concerns and wanting to address them right away, I felt so relieved finally.....As a woman and doctor who understands how premanopause can change your life in so many ways. And the fact that she is so professional , sincere and passionate about what she does made me realize second opinions are always something to consider when searching for a good doctor. I will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends!
