Appreciate the smiling and welcoming attitude of the entire staff when I walked into the office. Everyone was focused on ensuring a positive and warm experience. They explained all the options thoroughly and didn’t make me feel like I was just a number rushing me through. Highly recommend and they have so many different services also! All under one roof. Experienced a great visit. Relaxed but very professional. Dr Mack spent time explaining the practice & the software treatment. Treatment went very well. It’s been only a few days, but the pain in my knee is greatly reduced. Will visit next week to review results & consider further treatment.
