Dr. Farricielli is the best doctor I have ever seen. He listens to your needs, very knowledgeable, responds to your needs, and does everything he can to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be in the pain you are in. His bed side manner is impeccable. You need to look no further for a pain management doctor in Charleston and surrounding counties.

I’m 67 years old and Dr. Farricielli is the best physician I have ever had, bar none. I have seen him several times. He has always been respectful and gone out of his way to help me by discussing various pain relief strategies and options. I called his office on a Thursday, after closing hours, he received my voicemail, contacted me and worked me in early the next morning so that I wouldn’t have to go the entire weekend in pain. I feel truly grateful and appreciative to have him as my doctor.

I had my first appointment and am so impressed! Dr. Farricielli spent a great amount of time with me and was incredibly kind, compassionate, informative and thorough.
