Dr Smith was very polite and explained everything that was going on and what treatment he thought would work. He took the time to listen to me where moat doctors rush uou . The whole office staff was amazing from the people checking you in to the lady scheduling my procedure and the nurses I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff.

Dr. Smith is awesome! When I went to him for the first time I was in excruciating pain!! using a walker. This was in Nov/2025. I just left his office on Feb/2026 after receiving my 2nd shot in my back. I am now no longer using a walker and have very little pain. THANK YOU DR. SMITH!!

Dr. Smith and his team were kind and polite. Dr. Smith explained everything (Although quickly) that he was doing in order to make this procedure as painless as possible. He performed an epidural in to neck to provide a cortisone and steroid injection. After the procedure, I asked him several questions about side effects, Dr. Smith was patient and reassured me that all side effects are rare, but to contact the nurses if I had any issues. I appreciate his bedside manner.
