Naomi was a sweet and attentive leader for our son who needed the Myers Cocktail to get ahead of his illness. As much as he said he was good, she kept her eyes on him and knew every step of the way how to allay his anxiety over the needle and the process of the IV. She was calm, reassured and not overbearing about the ‘tricks’ she was using to keep him talking and get him relaxed. It was awesome! We also loved that she made accommodations so that he didn’t have to wait to be seen. As a momma, I felt seen and heard throughout the whole process as well.
