The people are so nice. I ordered a rollator and she said she had one. I asked if it is assembled and she said yes. It is comfortable and lightweight. So I am buying another one to keep in my van and one in my house. They adjust the height the brakes.

Absolutely awful. Had great experiences with them and the Resp. Therapist was great in the past. Now I am dealing with someone named Patricia who is a nightmare and tried to blame me that they did not call me. She was to check on things and call me back but of course did not. Horrid attitude and a nightmare experience. BEWARE

They gave me a phone number to call to get my supplies I called it got cut off when they finally came online I called the same number back 3 times and now it's to an apartment complex Why do they have an office to sell supplies if they don't want to sell them They want us to do there job for them while they get paid
