Dr. Helm is a medical functional doctor who listens, always seems to have time, goes the extra mile so patients are well informed, is compassionate, positive, and has a heart to see her patients get well! Her staff responds quickly with kindness and a welcoming attitude!

I am not a “review writer” but I am so impressed with this office that I felt compelled to do so. I have had enough of doctors who don’t listen, push medications that only lead to more issues, and talk at me without acknowledging there might be other options that would work better. At this clinic I felt relaxed, heard, and it was clear that they are incredibly knowledgeable and want to help my body to heal and function optimally vs adding another pill to my pillbox and rushing me out the door. I would encourage anyone considering it to just make an appointment and see for yourself. You will realize what healthcare should be! I am excited to have found them as I truly believe that I am in very capable hands after my appointment with Kelsey today!
