Sam, Claire, and Chrissy are absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. They make every visit feel comfortable and personal. Honestly, everyone there is so welcoming and consistently positive, which makes such a difference. I cannot say enough great things about Alicia Neff, NP, at Wellness MD. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by an incredibly kind, professional, and attentive front desk team. The receptionists are warm, efficient, and truly set the tone for a great experience. The nursing staff is equally outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive without ever making you feel rushed. They take the time to listen, explain, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. And Alicia—simply phenomenal. She is thorough, approachable, and genuinely invested in her patients’ health and well-being. She listens, explains options clearly, and makes you feel confident and cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Wellness MD has created a practice where professionalism, expertise, and genuine care come together seamlessly. I had an outstanding experience with WellnessMD. Every interaction with their staff was excellent—they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being. I never had to wait long to be seen. The entire team made me feel comfortable and supported from the moment I walked in. Natalie was great and is very knowledgable and spent a good amount of time helping me reach my goal. I’ve seen real improvements from the treatments (EBOO) and I’m extremely happy I chose them. I highly recommend WellnessMD to anyone looking for quality care and a staff that truly goes above and beyond.
