From my first appointment with Krista, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. She was warm, energetic, and genuinely encouraging, and she took the time to truly listen without rushing or minimizing my concerns. In a situation that felt vulnerable and difficult, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and hopeful. Her recommendations initially sounded almost too good to be true—but I am here to tell you that they worked! The impact has been genuinely life-changing for me. Krista and her whole team are incredible! After suffering for a couple years with perimenopause/menopause issues I finally couldn’t take it anymore and booked an appointment. Krista ran bloodwork and started me on progesterone immediately and talked to me about my options for the other hormones. I chose to do the pellets every 3 months and can’t get over how much better I feel. Thank you to Krista and all the Wellness from Within staff for getting me back on track with my hormone levels and helping me feel like a much improved version of myself.

For all the women if you are not going to this place, you are missing out on feeling great!! My experience here has been a life changer. No more hot flashes no more mood swings. My libido is high. My relationship is so great ! By just changing and seeking out to get the help it’s worth it. I am so excited about this new change in my life please look up this wonderful place.
