This morning I went to my confirmed appointment at Her Kare off Bryant Irvin. I’ve been struggling severely lately with hormonal imbalance and was finally able to schedule an appointment. They confirmed my appointment with TWO texts and then a voicemail yesterday. (See attached screenshots) (also was NEVER notified of cancellation until showing up.) I showed up this morning and they said they CANCELED it since I didn’t confirm?!!! Wasn’t me making the appointment and putting all my information and signing all the new client documents confirmation?! Also entering my insurance and id confirmation?! First excuse; she said it’s because I didn’t confirm with a call?! Second excuse ; people schedule and don’t show up?! Why do I have to suffer because others don’t show up to their scheduled appointments? Third excuse; oh the person who calls says it will be canceled, so I played the voicemail to her and it didn’t say it would be canceled just confirmed. 🤣 Fourth excuse; she said “oh well that’s our call center”……I said what’s your number? She then proceeds to tell me their number and It came from their number!!!! Fifth excuse ; she said “oh well that’s who was working yesterday”?!!! What?! Make up your mind!!!!!! My husband was standing there saying “wowww this is ridiculous.” 🤣 She said we can set you up for a future appointment, I said umm I’m never coming back here again🤣🤣🤣 I called the one in Mansfield and told them they should be ashamed of that office and especially shouldn’t being upsetting perimenopausal women who’s mood swings are already off the wall🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you are thinking about HRT this is your place I feel like I got the old me back. More energy, sleeping better, looking better. I’m a year in and love the treatment I get. All the staff are wonderful and I am forever grateful to Amanda who is the best. Highly recommend Her Kare

LOVE the staff at this location! They are always very nice and welcoming. I’ve only ever had one problem with my medication being delivered to the wrong place, but they jumped in and fixed it right away! I definitely recommend this HerKare location!
