Today 03/03/2026 I had a new patient appointment at 0830. I arrived at 0830 and filled out my new patient packet, I paid my co-pay and was placed in a waiting room for the doctor. At 0920 a nurse came in a said he has one more appointment before he gets to me and should not be much longer. I told them that I had to leave to get to work and they have rescheduled me for next week. I understand the medical field is complex, however if you make an appointment at 0830 you should see the doctor for your scheduled time, not an hour or two later. I drove 45 minutes to this facility, waisting time and energy to be dismissed and rescheduled because the facility can not manage their appointments appropriately. I will write a follow up review if my appointment is honored next week and my time is not wasted.

Dr Phillips is Awesome… his staff is as well… if you have back and or neck pain??? He is the Doctor you need… the whole staff pays great attention to your needs..,

Best doctor ive had for my kidney disease pain.. managing constant kidney infections and pain has been so difficult and since I have found this office. It has been a life changer!!! Wonderful staff.. Emily is a saint ❤️
