I have been a patient of Dr. Keneson for the past 3 years. As a heathcare provider, I am extremely impressed with his bedside manner. I've been to many other pain physicians, and Dr. Keneson has done the best with his treatment plan and procedures. I highly recommend him if you want the best care!

Dr. Keneson is wonderful and has genuine compassion for the patients he sees. His reception staff are very sweet and helpful also. This clinic would be five stars easily if Dr. Keneson continued to see his patients after their initial visit. Unfortunately the first time I saw him was the only time thereafter. His “NP” handles all of his follow up visits. I quote because I struggle to call anyone with such a lack of compassion a nurse. There is no empathy in her eyes and she lacks a serious understanding of boundaries and the words “I’m not comfortable with that.” She was very rough when handling my body during each visit even on days when I told her my pain was at a 9/10. I was promised help. There was none. How I was treated is revolting. I would not recommend this clinic to any of my friends/loved ones.

I went in for a routine appointment in June of this year, and I showed Ms. Christina my ankle because it was hurting me a lot. She told me to leave and go to the hospital, and I did. I ended up staying at the hospital for 46 days. If Ms. Christina had not urged me to go when she did, I would have lost my foot. After I got out of the hospital, I was so grateful to be able to return to Valor Interventional Pain and reunite with Ms. Christina and Dr. Keneson. This facility is like a home and they truly care about their patients' well-being. If you need pain management, this is where you should go!
