About this clinic

Txortho, an orthopedic practice in Leander, offers platelet-rich plasma therapy alongside conventional pain-management options including nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and trigger-point injections. The clinic specializes in musculoskeletal conditions—sports injuries, back pain, and related soft-tissue damage—and integrates regenerative orthobiologic approaches with physical therapy and procedural pain intervention. Treatment plans are individualized based on diagnosis and clinical presentation. The practice also offers erectile-dysfunction treatment. Patients seeking alternatives to or complements for surgical management may pursue PRP-based protocols to support tissue repair before considering more invasive options.

This was such a great experience. I had an appointment late in the afternoon, and I waited in the waiting room quite a long while. But after I got called back, every person I encountered genuinely apologized for the wait, and explained to me they had a few catastrophic injuries earlier in the day that threw them off. The nurse was so personable. Dr Hardy was quick but thorough. Great bedside manner. Drew pictures to explain to me what was happening. Gave me an injection, and I’m already starting to feel better just 24 hours later. I will be going back to them for any and all ortho needs.

This was my worst experience in my life. The front staff are rude and inconsiderate. The wait time was extremely long. My appointment was for 9:15am. I was there at 9am, however due to the amount of people there I didn't get checked in until after my appointment time. I had already finished the pre registration tge day before. When I was called back, I sat in a COLD room for 45min without anyone checking on me, as I got ready to leave the only person who was nice asked me to be patient. He stated the Xray machine broke. I truly believe that they forgot I waz there as I heard, is Williams still here. Now let's talk about the Dr. Smith. Very rude. Told me basically I was fat and he couldn't believe I could ride a horse. He said I tell people all the time to NOT have the knee or hip replacement. He kept going on about me needing to lose weight so I could be a good candidate for surgery. He didn't even look at my xrays or go over them with me. To top it off in the middle of the consultation the power went off. I felt he was rushing me and basically told me there was nothing he could do for me. As a disabled veteran, the VA trusted him to do right. I wasted an 1hr 45 minutes of my time. Will never go here EVER in life again. 😒

Dr Rodriguez, Kirsten, Madison and the rest of the staff are amazing at what they do. Yes, I healed very well but it’s not just about that. Every time I called in with questions I immediately was helped. Everyone at every appt. was always super helpful and answered my questions. Dr. Rodriguez is a straight shooter. Kirsten is an awesome woman. Madison is bad ass! They all take good care of you. Thank yall very much. 10/10 recommend.
