I have been a patient of Dr. Tanginika Cuascud (Dr. Tangie) since Sep 2021. I am a prostate cancer survivor and required a robotic assisted radical prostatectomy in Jun 2020. Dr. Tangie has helped me work through several significant “collateral damage” conditions as a result of the prostatectomy. Dr. Tangie’s extensive knowledge and experience in men’s sexual health became obvious at my first appointment. She not only has thorough command over the issues I’m facing, but she’s innovative in her treatment solutions reaching beyond the “normal” protocols embraced by the US urological community. She has been very thorough both at my in-person examinations as well as in providing documented treatment plans and additional information where necessary. Without Dr. Tangie’s help and guidance, I would not have experienced the progress I’ve made to date. In addition to the clinical side of Dr. Tangie’s medical care, she possesses an excellent personal approach to treating her patients. Genuine empathy and encouragement flow naturally from her style. I have been seeing Dr. Cuascud since mid-2021, about 3 years now. She has successfully treated me for issues of reproductive and prostate health as well as for some related counseling, and I have always found her to be kind, helpful, understanding, well-informed, and above all, very professional. She uses industry-standard evaluation tools, and treatments that have a solid foundation in peer-reviewed medical and psychological literature. Twice she referred me to specialists: once a urologist and once a physical therapist, and both of these highly-qualified as well. Over time, two of my appointments required re-scheduling; this was easily handled on the phone with SMS confirmation. In short, I recommend Dr. Cuascud very highly for anything pertaining to a man's sexual health. She clearly understands our anatomies and how that relates to our psyches!
