I hold the doctors and nurses in high regard; however, the front desk staff would greatly benefit from additional training in professionalism and customer service etiquette. It is unproductive to attempt to contact their office, as calls are frequently not answered, and when they are, the staff members often exhibit discourteous behavior. On one occasion, a staff member persistently spoken over me, refusing to allow me to express myself or even ask questions. This is not an isolated incident; there have been multiple issues concerning the front desk. Even while waiting to be seen, it is evident how dismissive and rude the staff member can be, which is especially concerning given that many patients are elderly and do not deserve such treatment. If an individual does not find fulfillment in their role, it would be advisable for them to consider alternative employment.

I am shocked this place has a 4.1 star. Maybe it’s because of the amazing nurses! The doctors that represent this place should take notes and learn a thing or two and find their humanity again! Calling there patient a red flag because the need medication or humming while saying um sorry! This is unacceptable and cruel! I know that this doctor that saw my sister sees her patients as a number not as a human being! You should be ashamed of yourself! It is clear you forgot why you even when into this profession! This is by far awful and cruel!!!!! No one should ever be treated this way never!

This is my first time visit to this clinic. The parking is limited. This clinic was recommended by a friend. The staff and doctor were courteous, but the front office needs more staff to assist the patients. It did take several times for me to get an appointment. I do believe every patient needs to be given the same time and care while being there. I just hope that I’m provided with the health care I need
