My husband gifted me six red light therapy sessions for Christmas to address a dog bite scar and hip pain. The positive results have been a pleasant surprise as I was not sure this would make a difference. It totally made a major difference in my scar and reduced my hip pain. The owners, Rachel and Shawn, have been a joy to get to know and have a solid concept for holistic healing in the Flower Mound area. I highly recommend!

Over the last few months we sought help for a family member’s continuing healing from a brain injury through Red Light Therapy. We were pointed in the direction of Crystal Flower Health and Wellness and specifically to Sean Hamilton for assistance. This proved to be an outstanding experience. Cognitive improvement, specifically in executive functioning became apparent within the first week. Additionally mood and well being improved also which was apparent both to the patient and family. Sean did the research necessary to provide the best outcome and provided that research to us in advance. Over the course of treatment his attention to detail and obvious caring was appreciated and extremely encouraging. Likewise Rachael was right there to support us also. While we only tapped into the red light therapy they have much more to offer where wellness is sought.

I highly recommend Crystal Flower Health & Wellness, the owners Sean & Rachel are very friendly and knowledgeable on products and services offered. I’ve been using their red light therapy services to help with muscle pain/recovery after working out and anti-aging for my face. I could see & feel the results just after a single session, helping me get back in the gym faster & feel confident about my skin! I loved it so much I ended up buying a 6 session package & alternate use for my needs at the time of service! I love supporting small businesses in our area especially when the owners make you feel not just as a customer, but like family.
