The level of attentiveness and efficiency was truly top tier — seamless check-in, clear communication, constant reassurance, and exceptional bedside manner. What stood out most was how intentional everyone was. I never felt like “just another patient.” I felt valued. The preferential care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it meant more than you know during a vulnerable moment. Taking my mother to Dr. Robledo has been the best medical decision we could have made. She receives kind and caring attention from all staff- from the moment we arrive from desk staff to Doctor. Today she had her first round of halgon knee injections and the Doc was so good she was surprised when he said ok all done —she had to look down as we both realized it was the least painful procedure shes had in 15 years!! No tears no screams no pain!! She ready for rounds 2 & 3 now no hesitation at all. Doctor Robledo did an amazing job and shows he truly cares about giving his patient a pain free life.

Every time I took my father to be seen here, we had to wait for over an hour to see the doctor. The icing on the cake was when my father (who has Alzheimer’s) went to an appointment and I called to ask about the plan of pain management going forward. I was told in a very rude manner by Stephanie, that Dr Robledo would need us to schedule another consultation. Then she told me that the caregiver should be at the appointment. Unfortunately I’m juggling my own job and the full responsibilities of my parents on my own. Stephanie was very condescending. I was simply asking for the path forward which should’ve been discussed in the appointment, yet told I have to schedule another appointment. At this point it all became about money. Stephanie told my father and I that we can go back to Dr. Benny. I asked to speak to the manager. This morning I receive a call from Deanne and she tells me that she spoke to Dr Robledo and they are transferring my dad’s treatment to Dr Benny. As if they get to choose who treats my father. I’m going to make a report all the way up the channels and I hope this helps someone from going through the same horrible experience I received. When Deanne called me, she didn’t ask me what happened, she went off of what Stephanie told her. This is not acceptable!!!
