This is one of the neatest recovery studios I’ve been to! The fact that they are family run and offer so many incredible services makes is so beautiful. I tried the float therapy (so cool I didn’t have to get wet, the cook sauna pod, and hydro massage. They have set a relaxing ambiance and I can’t wait to be back for the other services!

My experience at Elev8 was amazing. It was a surprise gift from my daughter. Linda one of the owners was an amazing guide she made me feel so comfortable and so at home. She explained every machine and its purpose. When I say I was feeling some kind of way upon arriving there and after my experience my entire mood changed. The brain tap was the one for me. I was completely mesmerized and the free float above water took it to the house. You have to try this unique place you will not be disappointed.
