If you are looking for a place that offers a variety of services to support your wellness journey, look no further than Recovery Project. They offer both an infrared and dry sauna, cold room and their red light therapy bed is the best. Their front desk receptionist, Delaney, gave me a tour and was very knowledgable and personable. You won’t regret giving it a try.

Such a great atmosphere! Delaney gave me a tour and was super informative, answering all my questions and giving awesome recommendations. I had a really good experience and will definitely be coming back for sessions!

I have nothing but kind words to say about Recovery Project! They have treated me with the utmost respect, always tended to any needs I had, and were very understanding when I needed any additional information on certain services. I mainly signed up to utilize the Cold Plunge/Hot Tub and the saunas. All of which were always cleaned, never had downtime when I came in, and were ready for me when I was there for my appointment. If you are looking for a home to recover your body efficiently, join Recovery Project. Speak with either Ashley or Kylie, and they will get you hooked up!
