I cannot recommend South Texas Spine & Joint Institute enough. After being in a car accident, my boyfriend and I were looking for a team that was thorough and genuinely cared about our recovery, and that is exactly what we found here. Dr. Kaiser is incredible throughout the entire process. During every single visit, he was extremely informative, taking the time to explain the "why" behind our treatments and any concerns. I never felt rushed, and we always left his office with a clear understanding of our progress. The physical therapy department is top-notch. The sessions were tailored perfectly to my needs and yielded amazing healing results. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my mobility and a major reduction in pain since starting my treatments. Thank you, Ty! If you are dealing with an injury or recovering from an accident, including one related to a lawsuit, this is the place to go. Jennifer is also very professional and handles your scheduling with ease, the facility is great, and the care is truly transformative.

Shoulder pain was keeping me up at night. The key word in that sentence is WAS. Dr Kaiser has used Shockwave Therapy to effectively reduce to the point of elimination of my right shoulder pain. The package treatment has Laser Therapy and Chiropractic adjustments. The treatment is worth the time and money investment in your health. It is a pleasure to go to Dr Kaiser, not only for the outcome but also as his staff is a blessing to encounter. Jennifer greets each person as we come through the door and effectively communicates scheduling of appointments. Ty is a wonderful assistant to Dr Kaiser and is upbeat and explains what is coming next as she is applying cold or heat or Lazer or whatever. This is an all around great place to get relief. Currently, I am working with the Spinal Decompression Therapy. Each treatment brings me closer to renewal. Thank you, Dr Kaiser.

I LOVE Dr Kaiser and his staff! The first time I came to him his treatments helped me so much! So when I was recently injured in a car accident I knew exactly who could help me! He is very attentive and offers the best course of treatment for your needs! Natalie at the front is super nice and finds ways to schedule appointments that work best for you. Ty is very empathetic and truly cares about the clients and their needs! I HIGHLY recommend!
