This is a medical process and even after asking repeatedly for meetings with the doctor I did not get the attention I needed. I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I did at South Texas TMS. I wrote a letter hoping to get frustrations resolved but did not get an answer. On the 36th treatment ( the last treatment) I didn’t adequately speak with the doctor because I was hooked up to the machine. She did not give me any hope for the future. She said to come back in 6 weeks but when the staff set it up for 8 weeks, I went back to my psychiatrist for help. I’ve never gotten such bad care from a doctor.
