Amazing, beautiful practice here in Shavano park. Dr. Bhandari and Joe are the top tier and will give you the best care, and their staff are consistent and knowledgeable and professional. Christina has been so helpful and amazing she goes above and beyond for giving the best patient care she always has a smile on her face when I come in all the staff is great!! The energy is so amazing I look forward to seeing everyone when I come in. Y’all are so great thank you all for being amazing!!

Dr. Bhandari is amazing he has great energy and really walks you through the process as he doing the procedure. He has really light hands as the procedure felt pain free!! Highly recommend!!!

I would like to give a review on Cristina p. She sits in the office and takes everyone's names . Always so kind and patient . Always making things happen for the patients working around there schedule . Very sweet woman. Always with positive vibes we need more nurses like herself at Drs offices ! Always on her Q's and P's Literally always working hard and staying busy and and productive every visit I have there with all the patients 🩷 Id give her 100 star review everytime again n again 🥰

*******Second update: see attached photo of my EOB. So who is wrong? If I must have the wrong doctor, then why are you collecting money from my visit to your location. You can't have it both ways. The doctor I saw didn't care at all about my situation. My psychiatrist and I both bent over backwards to explain the situation. My psychiatrist eventually asked me if I was comfortable seeing a different pain doctor because she didn't care for his attitude, and I said absolutely. I am well aware of regulations and oversight due to the opiod crisis caused by a pharmaceutical company and encouraged by our own FDA, but chronic pain patients are suffering, and this doctor gave ZERO consideration to my situation. When I've been forced to wait while he sees another patient, only to come back and tell me, "Good news! Your MRI shows that your back is bad enough that we can do injections!", shows how incredibly tone deaf he is. What about the other 90% plus of my body that is unfixable? If you take an oath to do no harm, then don't lie and have your staff tell me that you've sent in a non existent prescription, knowing you sent a chronic pain patient out the door for a weekend with no medication. If you don't have the courage to stand up to whatever scrutiny you are under by another faction of our government, then don't hold yourself out as a pain management doctor. Just admit that you'll do injections on people's spines and that's it. Don't waste my time and money, the insurance company's time and money, and put people in an untenable situation. ****I do not have the wrong office. You have my records. My legal first name is Sharon. If you're concerned about this review, then you should have the courage to make things right. ************

I have been going here close to a year, and I was skeptical about injections at first. But this place has slowly changed my mind. The staff is very professional and clean. They are all quick and polite. The nurse practitioner, forgot his name, sorry! Explains why you are hurting and shows you what could be going on etc. and how the injections can/will help. Then when you go and get the injections it's set up to go fast and super organized. You have the option to be sedated. All of the staff in the back is great, nice, professional, great bedside manner. Dr. Bhanderi is excellent, he has improved two areas on my body so far and I'm impressed. He also has just a great bedside manner. I have to drive pretty far to get here but it's definitely worth it. It's not often you feel like a Dr. and staff really care about helping your pain management. But I do feel that truly happens here. So I definitely would recommend my family or friends to this place. Without hesitation!
