I absolutely love Samantha. She has been great helping me get my hormones in balance and dealing with the sudden weight gain in my 50s, despite working out 5x a week and eating plenty of protein. UGH! The office is also great at running on time and not making people wait for too long. One thing that's really off putting, and I'm sure many people don't realize, is that they are marking up prescriptions 50-60% over the cost being charged by the outsourced pharmacies! I asked about this and was told first that it was to help my provider manage my care. But wait, that's why I'm paying for an office visit, right? Then I was told it's to help them keep their FDA approval and manage their relationship with the outsourced pharmacies. I switched over from another women's center because despite loving my provider, the office was managed poorly. Now I'm debating if paying this ridiculous markup is worth the better level of care...
