We are extremely grateful for the program and the team at OCD Anxiety Centers. My son had many difficulties in his daily life. It was very painful to watch him suffer with his OCD symptoms, but we took the initiative to include him in this IOP program. I highly recommend it. I assure you, he's doing much better.

My son has struggled with OCD, General Anxiety, and Social Anxiety for about 8 years. As a family we have done everything to help but as he became a teenager it was clear that everyone's mental health was suffering as a result of him NOT getting what he needed. He has now done almost 3 months of therapy. Every single person in our home is breathing a little easier. We do not feel like we are stuck anymore. My son is smiling and his personality has done a complete 180. He is embracing life instead of hiding from it. This therapy has been life changing for us. I know we will have set backs and times when it is not good but we have learned we can ride the wave together. My son has so many tools he can pull from now and he is much more confident. The therapists here have been wonderful. You never feel like you are alone. They provide support for every family member and are very thorough. Thank y'all for giving us hope and a new outlook on life.

Staff are very friendly and professional, while making the environment comfortable for clients. Creating exposures and learning DBT skills was very helpful and led to a 50% reduction in my symptoms!
