This location has a nurse currently employed that routinely brought testosterone to my home to administer to my husband (who she was having an affair with) for months. I informed the company and nothing was done. There was a needle left on my counter and we do have children. My husband was NOT a client of the facility. She is still employed despite breaking not only the law but company policy.

Been on TRT for years. I had been going to this new provider for several months and then they gave me an injection that gave me such bad vertigo (within seconds) that I couldn’t drive. How do I know it wasn’t Test they gave me? Because I have the same reaction when given certain energy or muscle building supplements, oral or injected. Was it an honest mistake or was it done on purpose? I’ll never know. Regardless, they lost my trust and I will not be back.

Great service with thorough care. Getting my testosterone shots here weekly, and it’s always a quick and easy visit. They do extensive blood work and also have great vitamin options. I definitely recommend
