I truly enjoyed the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The feeling afterwards is amazing. I came in with some aches and pains and left feeling relaxed, refreshed and pain free. It really reduces inflammation. And the owner is fantastic. She is friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. We put together a plan and I’m officially a member. I highly recommend Vitality Oasis. Check it out. It’s easy to set an appointment and you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend Vitality Oasis for health and wellness needs. Yelena is very patient and knowledgeable. She suggested I do the HOCATT ozone treatment . I have done 11 sessions and it’s been life changing.

Vitality Wellness has been a crucial part of my routine while trying to heal my broken foot. I did 10 sessions of PEMF therapy and noticed a huge difference in inflammation and pain every session. The owner was wonderful to work with and made scheduling very easy. She is also very educated in all that she does there. I highly recommend this place for all things wellness and recovery!

I can’t say enough good things about Vitality Oasis Wellness Center. Both the cryo and PEMF therapy have been absolute game-changers for my recovery—especially after tearing my hamstring. What really sets this place apart, though, is Yelena. Her knowledge and guidance during each session make all the difference. I ended up having nerve damage after surgery on my foot. After doing some research and getting some advice from an Acupuncturist, I sought the help of Yelena at Vitality. I went to her shop and she showed me what she had and what her recommendations were. After careful consideration, I dove headfirst into getting treatment. She recommended Redlight Therapy in addition to Hyperbaric Chamber Therapy. I went to see her 5 days a week for two months. Over the course of that time, I saw steady improvement. I also really enjoyed talking to Yelena, she has an amazing story and an extremely positive attitude. She kept me focused and motivated to keep showing up, staying positive and even changed the way I spoke about my situation. My regular Doctor was focused on giving me drugs and Yelena was focused on keeping me off drugs. I really appreciated that and worked to get off of them. Anytime I came into her shop feeling down about my situation, she was quick to turn me around. I so much appreciated her and her treatment options. I will continue to go see her if ever I need help and am forever grateful. As far as my foot goes, I am walking better than I have in 6 months and the pain is very manageable. My future is a little uncertain but my attitude couldn’t be better, thank you Yelena!!!
